Event Updates

Q. Has Informatica World 2020 been cancelled?

A. Due to concern for the health and well-being of our employees, customers, partners, and overall community during the COVID-19 pandemic, Informatica World will return in 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada. There will be no in-person event in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2020. For information about our event policy, see our statement.

Q. Is Informatica World becoming a virtual event?

A. We are introducing CLAIREview, an all-new digital experience featuring the industry’s best content and speakers. It is open to everyone, available for free, and will premiere on May 20 with a session on intelligent data and automation that features keynote addresses, customer and industry sessions, technology demos, and more. Learn more about CLAIREview and register at www.informatica.com/claireview.

Q. Will my registration be transferred to CLAIREview?

A. . If you were already registered to attend Informatica World, you will automatically be registered for CLAIREview. 

Informatica World 2020 Refunds and Cancellations

Q. I’ve already registered, how can I get a refund for my conference pass?

A. Informatica World 2020 Conference passes have been automatically refunded. The refund was processed in the same manner as the original payment, in US Dollars.

Q. Do I need to cancel my hotel room in Las Vegas?

A.  All hotel reservations made through the conference website have been automatically canceled. The one night’s deposit, which was charged at the time of booking, has been refunded to the credit card used for the reservation. Please note it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to see the refund appear on the credit card statement.

Q. How do I cancel my air travel reservations?

A. You will need to cancel air travel reservations directly with the airline. Many airlines are currently offering flexible refund options due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact your airline directly to review options.

CLAIREview Digital Experience

Q. How much does CLAIREview cost?

A. CLAIREview series are free—all you have to do is register. Visit www.informatica.com/claireview to learn more and sign up.  

Q: What are the dates for CLAIREview?

A: CLAIREview will premiere on May 20 with a series on Intelligent Data for AI-Powered Automation. Additional series will be released at regular intervals throughout the summer.

Q. How do I register for CLAIREview?

A. If you were already registered to attend Informatica World, you will automatically be registered for CLAIREview. If you had not previously registered to attend Informatica World, you can register for CLAIREview by visiting www.informatica.com/claireview.

Q. Is all CLAIREview content streamed live?

A. CLAIREview offers a mix of live and on-demand content, giving you maximum flexibility. You will be able to choose the sessions and series that match your top interests, then watch based on your schedule and preferences—binge-watch them all or view them a few at a time.
