Executive Vice President, Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise Group

As executive vice president of the Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise Group, Scott Guthrie is responsible for the company’s cloud infrastructure, server, database, CRM, ERP, management and development tools businesses. His engineering team builds Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Active Directory, System Center, Visual Studio and .NET.

Prior to leading the Cloud and Enterprise Group, Guthrie helped lead Microsoft Azure, Microsoft’s public cloud platform. Since joining the company in 1997, he has made critical contributions to many of Microsoft’s key cloud, server and development technologies and was one of the original founders of the .NET project. Guthrie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Duke University. He lives in Seattle with his wife and two children.


Massimo Pezzini

VP & Gartner Fellow

Massimo Pezzini is a Vice President and Fellow in Gartner Research. With more than 21 years at Gartner, his focus is currently on pervasive integration, integration architecture and infrastructure, hybrid integration platforms (HIP), integration PaaS and SaaS (iPaaS, iSaaS), API, in-memory computing (IMC) and hybrid transaction/analytical processing (HTAP).

Mr. Pezzini has decades of experience in distributed computing, middleware technology and software architectures. Throughout his career, he had responsibilities in software development, project management, pre-sales support, consulting and product marketing. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Pezzini was managing director of the Internet Business Unit of Infostrada, an Italian telecom provider. Before that, he held various positions in the Olivetti group.


Sanjeev Mohan

Research Director, Gartner

As part of the Gartner for Technical Professionals (GTP) group, Mohan focuses on big data and cloud/SaaS. He covers big data frameworks and related technologies, and provides insights on cloud, SaaS, data storage including Hadoop, NoSQL, data integration, data governance and data transformation strategies.

Jay has been with Toyota for 10 years. Prior to joining Toyota, Jay spent more than nine years with Hitachi Consulting where he oversaw the development and management of the Southern California and Arizona practices as a key member of the Pacific South West Leadership Team. Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India and a MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business.


Kat Kolich

Head of Enterprise Data and Information Services Products & Technology, BNZ

Kat is has over 15 years experience in Enterprise Architecture, data and information management roles. As the Head of Enterprise Data and Information Services as Bank of New Zealand, Kat and her team are responsible for the data and analytics platforms. Kat has extensive experience in Information Strategy, Information Governance, Analytics Platforms and Data Quality, in her previous Enterprise Architect role she led strategic information initiatives including strategy and information.


Elly An de Boer

As a professional handball player Elly An learned from an early age how data driven insights and hard work can make the difference between first and second best. After her sporting career Elly An joined KPN and in every position she has always had a strong data & information emphasis. Since 2016 she heads the Data & Information department, where the responsibility lies in building the futureproof data foundation for KPN. To build this foundation, KPN has defined an end to end data transformation plan. The transformation is throughout the entire data chain within the company. It is encompassing data governance - unified definitions, data models & accountability, data quality - a single source of truth on primary data assets used company-wide, data operations & services -automated data modelling & integration. All these disciplines have to play their part for KPN to gear up to the real time data digital challenge. One discipline cannot be successful without the other. Elly An brings all these disciplines together within her organization, but most importantly together with the rest of KPN.



Suresh Vittal

VP Platform & Products, Digital Marketing at Adobe

Suresh Vittal is not your typical “product guy”. With his extensive experience in research and customer intelligence, Suresh brings a wealth of strategic thinking to Adobe’s Digital Marketing business. Vittal serves as vice president of platform and products, and oversees product management, strategy and GTM for the industry leading Adobe Experience Cloud and our platform efforts.

Suresh is responsible for driving our platform strategy and roadmap to deliver on the promise of the Experience Cloud. His charter focuses on ensuring Customer Success, driving integration and core services on the platform and enabling innovation through Machine learning and big data infrastructure

Vittal joined Adobe through the company’s acquisition of Neolane in 2013 where he served as chief product officer. As part of the integration, Suresh Vittal played a key role in rebranding Neolane to Adobe Campaign, oversaw the product integration into the Adobe Marketing Cloud, and the development of the upcoming product roadmap. Prior to Neolane, he was instrumental in building and scaling the Customer Intelligence practice at Forrester Research, where his research agenda focused on enterprise marketing technologies, database marketing strategies, and customer analytics. Prior to joining Forrester in 2006, Vittal spent several years working at SPSS and Net Genesis.

An industry thought-leader, Vittal regularly speaks on marketing in a digital era, cross-channel campaign management, marketing to the activist consumer, the intersection of data and creativity, and the future of the real-time enterprise at global digitally focused conferences.

Vittal has a Master of Business Administration from Greenwich College, The University of Hull in the United Kingdom, and a Master of Science in computer information systems from Bentley College.
